Go to project management

The kick-off meeting was organized by the project coordinator, USLIP, from Iasi, Romania. The official ceremony was opened by the President of USLIP, prof. Laviniu Lacusta, and manager of the project, prof. Angela Casariu, welcomed all participants and presented the importance of the TeSTED project.

Guests: 

  • Prof. Dr. Luciana Antoci, General School Inspector of the Iasi County School Inspectorate,  
  • Prof. Conea Gabriela, Inspector of European projects, also welcomed the participants. 
  • members of the trade unions from the national level (Maramures, Neamt) 

The meeting was attended by representatives of the coordinating institution, USLIP, representatives of AKMI, Greece, Dayana, Bulgaria, and EVBB, Germany.  The partners from IP Center and BK Con participated online, via Google Meet. 

The presentation of each institution had the following components- areas of expertise, services, project portfolio, focus on project activities, and role in the project.:  USLIP Iasi (made by Laviniu Lacusta) , AKMI (made by George Fragkos), BK Con (made by Sadullah Altuntaş) , IP Center (made by Georg Richter), EVBB (made by Meng Wang), DAYANA (made by Slaveyko Slavkov).

The purpose of this initial meeting is to ensure that all partners recognize their roles in achieving the project’s objectives, to introduce institutions, to establish criteria and procedures for communications between partners, management, and decision-making structures, and define the functions of the working groups in the activities of the work packages and the duties of the leaders of the activities/work packages. 

In the following meeting section, the work packages were presented by their leaders. 

Angela Casariu from USLIP presented the follow-up activities for WP1: 

● the main project management objectives 

● initiation of the shared web space in OneDrive 

efficient communication between partners 

● quality assurance, monitoring, and evaluation 

The representative of BK Con, the leader of the WP2, presented the structure of the work package. The representative of AKMI, leader of the WP3, presented the structure of the work package.  George Fragkos, the AKMI representative, proposes that WP 4 be coordinated by the IP Center, which accepted the proposal. The representative of EVBB, the leader of the WP5, presented the structure of the work package.

In the Project management&implementation section, participants talked about QA objectives and reviewed important elements of quality assurance.

The communication mechanism between partners will includeTPM and online meetings, shared online space-OneDrive.
