USLIP is an umbrella organization, that has efficient management structures:
- President
- Executive Bureau
- County Council
- departments (Accounting, Secretariat, Legal Office)
- and certain entities (USLIP Mutual Aid House, SindiTour Travel Agency, USLIP Vocational Training Center).
